Storage

Store Meridia (Sibutramine) at room temperature (77 degrees F or 25 degrees C) in a tightly-closed container away from light, heat and dampness. Brief storage between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) is permitted. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children and pets.

Do NOT store Meridia in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink, or in other damp places. warmth or moisture may cause the medicine to break down.

Do NOT keep outdated medicine past the expiration date. Talk to your pharmacist about the proper disposal of your medication. Be sure that any discarded medicine is out of the reach of children.
